Client Relationships:
After many years on the client side, I have a very good understanding of what the client wants in a marketing relationship. When I take on a new client I serve them as if I was their in house marketing department. Pro-actively looking for opportunities in the clients best interestoften looking for ways that my clients can work with each other with both benefitting. Just as with my own business, I keep an eye on the holding down costs for my clients.
I actively work each clients account and do not assign it out to staff. In cases where needed, I work with a colleague that may have stronger experience in a certain area or industry, but always retain final say on everything done for my client.
Occasionally I will accept project work rather than the typical retainer relationship. This would be in the case of a specific event or project, but the preferred longer term relationship is where the focus is directed.
