Kemmons Wilson Communities - The premier empty nester communities with locations across the MidSouth and in Colorado. |
| Assignment: |
Improve visibility of the communities with its target markets in each location. Create awareness of the benefits geared to the empty nester with these low maintenance communities.

Working with management at KWC, created a massive public relations effort which resulted in approximately one story per week in various venues. |

Designed a compelling newsletter format branded for KWC, with content that appealed to their target market. Did turnkey production on the newsletters from writing content to photography to final art. |

Created a 'letter library' which was used in the direct mail process for following up visitors to the communities. |

BRIDGES - A non-profit organization whose mission is to provide experiential, hands-on learning for youth and adults to be leaders in fighting racism, poverty and educational challenges. |
| Assignment: |
Increase visibility for the non-profit so that it might attract potential donors and volunteers. Improve the branding of the organization and create print materials that provide a consistent look and image for the program.

According to Rev. Jim Boyd, President of BRIDGES, "Over the last year, due to your efforts, BRIDGES has received more attention in the media than we had received altogether in the last several years." |

During the one year assignment, Blue Moon created a youthful new look/image for the organization, created a series of brochures for the various programs within BRIDGES, took the in-house newsletter to a new level of professionalism with strategic content, placed numerous articles in local media each and every month and created their first professional annual report. |

New Ballet Ensemble & School - A non-profit organization that brings together children from all backgrounds by providing a professional standard of training, regardless of the ability to pay. |

Create awareness in the population at large about the mission of New Ballet. Generate positive human interest stories about the children in the school and focus on community outreach performances. Upgrade print material to a consistent branding.

| Comments: |
Blue Moon was able to place a great many major articles about New Ballet in the various local print media, as well as a respected national dance magazine. Through Bourassa’s connections, a major financial contributor was added to New Ballet. A modernized newsletter was created and executed bi-monthly. Feature stories on students were placed in appropriate publications. A feature on one full-scholarship student directly resulted in her recently being awarded a prestigious dance scholarship to Central Pennsylvania Ballet School. |
